Hi. I'm Dr. Holly. First things first, I’m Holly. Or Dr. Holly. But never Dr. McCrady. My favourite aspect of running my practice is the relationships I create with my patients. I care deeply about my patients and their families and want to be a guaranteed space for you to be seen and heard, not ignored. If there is one thing I can promise, it is that I will always listen to you and believe you, and do whatever I can to help you reach your goals. In addition to graduating magna cum laude, I have completed 50+ external seminars to sharpen my knowledge base. I have also enjoyed the roles of personal trainer, fitness coach and anatomy teacher, giving me an extensive background in movement patterns and a good eye for understanding how they may contribute to a given problem. Becoming a new mother has given me further insight into the struggles and discomforts of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, as well as for the growing baby. An athlete all my life, I am no stranger to injuries. I can empathize with that uphill climb of trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t, because I’ve been there.
