As a native of North Bay, Chiropractor Dr. Alex Farelli knew he wanted to return home to open his practice. He loves people, and helping those in this family-oriented community experience better health naturally through chiropractic is important to him. Education plays a large part in the practice. Many people are unaware of the philosophy of care that guides what we do. Even those who have been seeing practitioners for many years without getting the results they expected are surprised to hear it actually explained in depth by Dr. Farelli. Simply put, the power that made the body heals the body. He explains the concept of wellness, how chiropractic expresses that, and how that allows the body to heal itself more efficiently.

Dr. Sydney grew up on a small hobby farm and now lives with her family in Burks Falls, Ontario. She grew up riding horses, playing sports, and enjoying all that nature has to offer. She graduated from Trent University with her undergraduate degree in Forensic Science. She then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where she became a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Sydney decided to bring her love for all animals back into her life by furthering her studies and completing the extensive post-graduate program at the Veterinary Chiropractic Learning Centre where she became a certified Animal Chiropractor. She is fully insured, certified through the COAC, member of the OCA and CCA. Sydney has always had a passion for animals. She grew up competing and riding in the Hunter/Jumper disciplines. She spent most of her time growing up with her family's three horses Cherokee, Sheba, and Sugar. She now rides for pleasure in her spare time. Growing up her family had cocker spaniels and labs. Sydney, her husband, and their Australian Cattle Dog's Ghost and Chief spend a lot of time hiking, fishing and swimming in the lake. Dr. Sydney's hope is that she can keep you and your four-legged friends moving their best and enjoying all that the outdoors has to offer us.
