Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, he was always drawn to the mechanics of strength, endurance, and recovery. This led him to the University of Ottawa, where he earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics. But his curiosity didn’t stop there. Driven to make a difference in people’s lives, he went on to pursue his Doctorate in Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College, where he could truly begin helping others in a hands-on way. Now, Dr. Olexa’s days are filled with people of all ages and backgrounds, each with unique stories and goals. Whether he’s treating an athlete pushing through recovery or a busy parent dealing with chronic back pain, he brings the same commitment to each session. Back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, TMJ, and posture issues—these are just some of the conditions he treats daily, always with the aim of helping patients feel their best, both physically and mentally.
